WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE KITS?

All of our kits include an easy to follow step-by-step guide. Additionally, we also include a guide booklet that provides an explanation of each step in the process, enabling you to Do Your Own Visa.

All of our kits provide access, through using your dedicated online activation code, to a range of tools, resources and application examples.

You will have access to qualified solicitors, should you have any questions, or want to get your application checked prior to submitting – there is a cost for these services.

Our kits are designed for you to complete and lodge your own application.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PAPER KITS AND DOWNLOAD KITS

There is no difference between the paper-based or online version of the kit. All kits provide you with access to the online resources, tools and examples.

With the online kit, you do not require an activation code. To login to the system, you use the username and password, you generated when you purchased the kit online.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE ONLINE RESOURCES?

Once you have purchased your kit and have it activated, (online kit already activated), you will have access to the menu options for your kit in the menu bar.

Within each kit there are further options for Downloads, Examples and Checklists, as well as further explanation to the step-by-step guide.

CAN I GET HELP WITH MY APPLICATION?

Yes – we have designed the kits for you to do your own application, however, not everyones circumstances are simple or easy. That is why we have introduced the ability to purchase several options from a qualified adviser as follows:

  1. Get your questions answered whilst you are completing your application, or prior to starting to ensure you have all the answers
  2. Have your application checked, prior to submitting
  3. Have your entire application done for you

All of these services are available inside your activated area.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD?

If you have lost your username or password, please go to the login page of the site and select – ‘Lost Password’. You will need to type in the email address you used to either purchase your kit online, or activate your kit through the activation code.

HOW DO I STAY UP TO DATE WITH ANY GOVERNMENT CHANGES DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS

One of the greatest advantages of buying one of our kits is that we keep you up to date with any government changes that may influence your application.

If there are sudden changes, we will email you to let you know of the changes, as well as update all of our resources, tools and templates, giving you peace of mind in your application process.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE DO YOUR OWN VISA KITS?

Our kits are available online at https://doyourownvisa.com/shop/ and in-stores. We will soon be listing our range of kits with WHSmith stores, where you can purchase these kits.

CAN I GET HELP WITH MY APPLICATION?

Yes – you have the option of buying time with a qualified adviser. These are designed for you to ask questions during the time allocated and have them answered.

Additionally, we have an application checking service, which will guide you in completing and submitting your application.

DO YOU GIVE IMMIGRATION ADVICE?

Yes – all of the advice you receive is from qualified and regulated advisers for your country, where you are making your application for. Each adviser will provide you with their registration number for the country they will be providing advice for.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

Yes – if you wish to make a refund application for your kit, then you may do so in writing to info@doyourownvisa.com

If your kit has been used, or you have activated any online resources, then the kit is not refundable.

All paper-based kits must not have been opened and the seal must be intact, for a full refund.

If you have purchased your kit through a third party retailer, then you will need to contact that retailer for full details of their refund policy.
